  • Membership Subscriptions: If you have purchased a premium membership on OdishaReview.in or any of our partner websites (e.g., BharateCard.com), and are not satisfied with the service, you may be eligible for a refund within 7 days of purchase. Refund requests after 7 days will not be honored.
  • Review Credits or Service Fees: If you have purchased review credits, advertising packages, or other paid services and experienced a technical issue that prevented you from using them, you may request a refund. This applies only to unused services or credits.

B. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable:

  • Verification fees (for verified reviewer or verified organization status).
  • Completed reviews, submitted ratings, or comments.
  • Services that have already been fully delivered or utilized.

C. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  • Email us at refunds@odishareview.in with the subject line “Refund Request.”
  • Include your order number, the service purchased, and the reason for your refund request.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of approval. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.

2. Return Policy

OdishaReview.in is a platform primarily for reviewing services and organizations, and we do not deal with physical products. Therefore, there are no return policies for any physical goods.

For digital services:

  • Digital Services and Subscriptions: If you have purchased digital services (such as review credits, advertisements, or other premium content) and have not used them, you can request a cancellation and refund (as per the refund policy above) within 7 days of purchase.

3. Cancellation Policy

A. Membership Cancellations

  • You may cancel your premium membership or verified membership at any time through your account dashboard.
  • Upon cancellation, you will still have access to premium features until the end of your billing cycle. However, no refunds will be provided for the remaining period of your subscription once a billing cycle has started.

B. Service Cancellations

  • Paid Services: If you purchased paid services such as review credits or advertisement packages, you may cancel them before they are used or delivered to receive a refund (subject to the refund policy).
  • Unused Services: If you cancel a service that has not been utilized, a refund may be issued based on the conditions outlined in the refund policy.

C. How to Cancel a Service

To cancel a membership or service:
